docs.google.comKeyboard Decoding (18slides x 1.4mb/illustration ... 25mb)

It would almost would have been smaller had I shot a video.

If you want to post a scan of the keyboard matrix/printed circuit, I could tell you how to wire it up.

^ ^ ^ ^ Glad to help. Please ask about the keyboard so that I know how to improve the slideshow (aside from making it not ginormous)

    rather than pay wase disposal fees the last four labs/GI's I've worked for have dumped loads of filty mice, keybards and PC's at my home, after I quit...

Wow, if some of those are IBM (or identical ones with different brands on them) "clicky" keyboards, I'll buy them off of you.

Sorry;
while four of these are the 'clicky' IBM model M, (and a 'clicky' Atari XT 51xx!) I will not be selling them since I use these to get clients to pay a retainer for my services and use/rental of my equipment.

The Model M (possibly the best typist's keyboard) is still manufactured today by Unicomp, and restored commercially by a number of other companies.
