Right, hi all, i am still new here and still doing a snes project, but my original thread got no replies.............
like i said before i am normally into things that are already portable, such as gameboys, but the reason i ended up with this snes idea is because i would like to make a Super gameboy portable. to do this i want to fit an entire snes inside a gameboy. this is a lot of work but i am determined.
so far i have the snes small enough to fit in the gameboy, i also have it running off 4 aa batteries and i have moved the cartridge slot but now i have two problems that i would like help with.
problem one is that there is a lot of noise on the audio since moving the cartridge slot, has anyone else had this?
and i cant seem to get the screen to work on batteries, it switches on and off as if it doesn't have enough power to stay on. any ideas on how to test a screen to get it running on batteries? or maybe a small screen that is known to work?
but anyway i know how you people work, you like pics yea? well here is some of my project:
