Hey Noobish questions

1) If i run two of these batteries in series do i use both of their inbuilt PCB(individually or do i have to get a 7.4V PCB

2) Do i need a pcb for NiMH

1. You would need to either use both Pcb's and the charge time would double. Or use a 7.4v pcb but then you would need a 7.4v charger.
Also note that those batteries are most likely just 1800mAh batteries. No way they are 3600mAh.

2. No.

If those are 3600maH 2 would give you 7200maH. From what I've heard, about 3600maH is ideal. And i think they have PCB's inside the casing

It wouldn't give you 7200mAh only 3600mAh because when you wire in series to increase the voltage, the mAh do not increase also. With two of these PSP batteries you could only get 7.2V 3600mAh (wired in series) or 3.6V 7200mAh (wired in parallel). And 3600mAh is not really ideal; most modders shoot for 5000mAh (space permitting). In theory you could use 4 of these batteries to get 7.2V 7200mAh, but that is neither cost or space effective. I would recommend batteries from batteryspace or a universal portable DVD battery.

First one is more like 2000 mAh, second one is huge.

Don't shoot for a certain number, fit in as much as you can. 5000 isn't better than 6000 if you have the space for 6000.

I wasn't saying that the battery had to be 5000mAh. I was just saying that space permitting, this amperage would provide an fairly adequate amount of battery life. By all means cram as much battery in as possible. I have a 4000mAh battery but I'm seriously thinking about upgrading due to extra space.
