that really is F1_1CKING sh1t,
their really needs to be greater penalties on ebay for a non paying buyer, they agree to be willing to pay when they bid yet if the seller was to do something as lame as to send a slightly different item or "choose not to sell it to you for that price" you'd be up crap creek or you'd just lose your money if it was paypal.
i suggest you construct a strongly worded email and be sure to send it to that seller which cant be described properly due to the language filter

p.s what excuse did they give you?

1- i cant pay for it right not
2- sorry i didn't bid it was my 4 yr old son (etc.)
3- must be a computer glitch i don't use ebay
