Well, the only problem with that is that this place is filled with spammers/trolls/n00bs.
That might pose a little problem.

The only reason it kinda works at ModRetro is that it is a small site.
Even then, it gets kinda out of hand.

That is a downside... a lot more can happen in a shorter amount of time. It could help to have a moderator in there at all times, or at least login to the chat frequent enough to quickly handle any problems.

Mass chats aren't all that fun.

Still mabey we can do it like the showcase where we must be submitted.

Do you mean problems with spambots? Could we have some sort of reCaptcha that you need to put in once a week. Every time you want to go into chat would be too much, but only once could be bad if someone gets their account jacked.

I know there's a link you can add to your profile for instant messaging services. Why not post a thread with everyone's AIM address? You could make one specifically for chatting with BenHeck members. You could even schedule chat times in that thread, and just invite folks to your discussion. It would take, what - five seconds to accomplish?

Because not everybody has AIM. (I don't. )

Oh noes!! How can we solve this problem? I think bic is doomed to never chat with any of us.
