NOAC = NES ON A CHIP
There is no noac in a dreamcast, but if you mean that tiny thing with the screen and buttons, i have one.

Really people? He's asking for a Nintendo-On-A-Chip (NOAC) that is in something shaped like a Dreamcast controller. He's not asking for a Dreamcast or any official Sega hardware.
