It's my first portable (gone now. Taken apart). It's a Dreamcast. It's gone. Took 3 days to build, battery lasted 2 hours. I plan (in the works) on another DC portable.

I rather like it. After a while do you plan on pretty-ing it up a bit( epoxy, paint)?

It's ugly as sin, but I love it. Why? It's a Dreamcast!

Congratulations on your first portable.

ran into a problem  i have the screen and the 12v slot from the system wired together and then ran to the battery, now the screen won't send a clear image (not enough power)...should separate the wires and run them seperatly? help? :(

okay gang, here is the scoop. the screen is officially blown. i was testing the screen highest voltage (which is 16.5v). i tried to up it one (17.3v) and the screen shut off. the fuse didn't blow, but the screen wont turn back on(even on the normal 12v). so iam making a new (and MUCH thinner and smaller) DC portable. now that i know what (and what not) to do with a screen, i will start over. the one i have now will not be used ( i plan on taking out and replacing the screen), so it's sitting on my workbench.
gotta go
