Awesome!

Only thing I would add is a composite out. I don't think you can do s-video on the model twos.

do you think it'd be possible to do to a model 1 genesis...? is there more room on the inside...? i wouldn't mind doing it to my system, but i have the model 1 genesis and model 1 sega cd and would like to keep it that way.

Has this been up for a few months? I think I read through it before on your site.

Anyway, seriously considering giving this one a try. Limited space and limited power strips are becoming a hassle. This would definitely solve that.

Thanks for posting!

There is a write up about the project but the how to is very new.

Chevy. Yes a Model 1 can be used. Just use the guide as a basic idea.

Just a question, does this play normal genesis games after the mod ?

Sorry if it's a silly question I doN't know anything about the genesis/32x functionalities.

Yes, it will. You can just leave your 32X on your Genesis all the time. The normal ones work just fine through it.

Damn impressive, I didn't think there would be enough room in a Genesis v2 case to fit a 32x as well. Guess it was smaller then I though. Still though nice mod, and the switches on the back are nice touch too.

I'm in the middle of this project (Thanks Rekarp!) and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to run a wire from the aluminum foil crosstalk shield to ground or does the shield work better if it's isolated.
