Nice job! Mine never made it past cartridge locating issues... You've just worked around the problem, apparently :)

People are wanting a step-by-step guide and internal pics of the system. It would be a good idea to do so and would help to keep the interest flowing...

Yes, if you read the comments some people have left, they clearly want a guide, and some posters on other sites say the article is not as relevant without them. In contrast, my website (about 80% there now, should be up and completed before the end of the week) is chocca with pics and step-by-step guiding.

It wouldn't take much effort to open up the system, take various pics and make a tutorial on your small project. Just a couple of hours work, that is all. It is worth the effort to do the job properly - anyway, up to you.

I know this takes a ton of time but does anyone sell mods like this? I mean this is the best one I've seen, so maybe I'm shooting for the stars but if there is no way of selling one of these, does anyone on this forum have a cool portable mod that they recreate and sell? Or is it all for the hobby?

Needs a label. :)

Maybe a grayish-off-white one with the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:NES_logo.svg">NES logo</a> on it above the screen. (Cut out an opening in the label for the screen, of course.) Like <a href="http://pics.livejournal.com/discopanda/pic/00039q2h.jpg">this quick mockup I made with MS Paint</a> sort of.
