It's finally done!!!!!
http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/snes1115/ ... /my_photos

The stupid camera flash messed up some pictures, but it's still enough to see the goods!!
This SNESp uses:
-A vacuum formed case--made from black polystyrene
-A PSone Screen w/ Stereo Sound---Sounds Awesome (No pun!!)
-RGB video-Colors that were never seen on composite are visible, Wow!!
-Sony Infolithium battery L size

Other features include:
-Player 2 port (DB-9 jack) Not made a controller for it yet though.
-Headphone port (headphones sound awesome on the SNES)
-Aux Video in (small jack above headphone jack)
-Illuminated Battery meter-A first for portables, I believe. It's an old voltmeter off a WWII era aircraft. I painted a new scale for this application. It allows you to quit guessing how much power is left so you can save your game.
-Standard control layout

This SNESp runs for about six (6) hours on an Infolithium L NP-F960 Cell.

The SNESp mark II also has another unique feature--it uses a model
1 (second revision) motherboard. Why? you ask. It was a good challenge and it only uses about 90mA more than the mini-SNES.[/b]

A definition would be:
A method of forming plastic sheets or films into three-dimensional shapes, in which the plastic sheet is clamped in a frame suspended above a mold, heated until it becomes softened, drawn down into contact with the mold by means of a vacuum, and cooled while in contact with the mold. Often used interchangeably with thermoforming.

Great job. It looks nice. Congrats on using the v1 SNES rather than the mini!

It was a google definition. I used it cause wikipedia was too slow. Though you posted a good link.
