you could probably get rid of the skratchy look by goping over it good witha really fine grit sandpaper or buffing then respraying it, or you could take it apart again and wetsand it and then repaint it, but i dunno lol, most of thats good for cars and you used bondo so its similar right? :P lol good job tho man, now i gotta one up you with mine! you send that screen yet? :P

I think the scratchy look is fine. It makes it look textured. Oh, guess what-my case is finally done! I already hacked the SNES board and did the LED mod. Just gotta wire it! I'm sending it to atkafighter tomorrow to get that part done. I'll start a thread on it tonight.
By the way, Turbo, could you show pics of it running a game? Preferrably Chrono Trigger :mrgreen: ?

Yours is accually slightly smaller than the snes 2 go in width and slightly thicker heres the snes 2 go 7.25 by 4.5 by 2.25 nice 8)

i used two 3.7 li-pioly cells 6 amps from www.batteryspace.com and a protection circuit
