Hello everyone! Basically, I am Electro Modder from the MadeByBacteria forums and have decided to make an account here as well... why not! I have been modding for about one year... a year and a half if you count my console massacre when I started. I was attempting a NES and connected a 7805 wrong... twice, I killed 2 (wasn't particularly good with electronics then, lol). Also a SNES, N64 6 PsOne Screens... etc, but eventually I got the hang of it and managed to make a working N64 Portable! Hooray!!! It is called the "Black Box 64" and more information about it can be found on my website, http://www.electromodder.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and here: http://made-by-bacteria.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=235" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; My second portable was a GameCube portable which I decoded to call the "EM Cube", again, more info can be found on my website and also here: http://made-by-bacteria.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=401" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
So now I have completed 2 portables and am currently in the process of making a NOAC Portable using a Super Joy 3... I think I will post my worklog here as well, but this is where I am so far: http://made-by-bacteria.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=571" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Thaaaat's right, I just killed it! aww Anyway, also later this year I will be starting on a second GameCube Portable which will use WiiKey Fusion. So basically... hi everybody! I might find it difficult to post on two separate forums sometimes, especially with school... however I will try to be an active member here and post updates for my projects here whenever I do so on Bacteria's forum. Also... right now I am looking for another Super Joy 3, however I cannot go to any car boot sales for quite a while because it's winter (yes, I live in the UK, lol) so just on the off chance, if anybody has one spare that they would be willing to sell, I would be very grateful!

Re: Hello
Wow, nice work so far. I'd love to see you complete the universal controller project. I assume you just wired the buttons, joysticks, etc to the "cartridge" slot? Then the cartridge has the controller's brains and uses the universal controller's inputs?

Re: Hello
Thanks Yeah, that's how I did the controller... I originally started making it just to test the concept but I think I might continue with that project in the future. Maybe I'll replace the 3 individual connections with an actual cartridge slot and make it look more professional too.
