There seems to be a great length of time between submitting a change to a post and it appearing. Seems to worst when I add/change a link, are these being held for moderation or something? I replied to this post, which is showing a reply and the tick that says I replied, but wasn't even displaying my post for quite some time; viewtopic.php?f=17&t=43777

I clear my browser's cache daily, due to an browser game I play requiring it, so I doubt that's it.

I think it's a server time issue, the changes are effected but your browser still thinks the page is dated the same. Shift+reload to see changes.
