April Fools Fake Product/Project Contest

Post by XCVG »

***APRIL FOOLS FAKE PRODUCT/PROJECT CONTEST!***

ENTRY THREAD HERE

Basically, you have to show us a picture of a fake product or device or other project, preferable gaming related. It could be a game, console, accessory, portable, whatever. Due april fools day.

Rules:
1. Entry must be in by April 1st, preferably before.
2. Entry must be fake.
3. Can be a hack, product, portable, whatever.
4. Entry should be gaming related, but doesn't have to be.
5. Winner will be decided by popular vote.
6. Your entry may be drawn, 3D modeled, photoshopped, or ACTUALLY BUILT!
6a. If you build something it doesn't have to be functional. It can be an empty shell.
7. You must post at least one picture. A description does not count!
8. You can't vote for yourself.
9. You may have more than one entry. No bonus points, sorry.

GO!

EDIT: Rule 9.

EDIT 2: It would be nice, but not necessary, for you to write a short mock article or description.

EDIT 3: There will be a separate thread for final entries, coming later so it doesn't get too full of spam.

'Pot' is a short form of 'potentiometer', not an acronym. That one screwed with me for a while. :P

We are benheckers. Why not do a group collaboration? We can say we built a PS360 laptop. :P

That's why you never buy iPod-looking things for cheap from guys on the street. Hasn't anyone taught you about the inferior quality of knockoffs?

Kurt, I think you should put your contest on hold till the summer. It was a great idea, but two entries is pitiful.
why not make a real one? I said to Ben (but forget to mention to anyone else at mgc) that we should all work on DCp's and show them all at once on 09/09/09, the 10th anniversary of the Dreamcast

Just because I wrote it in all caps doesn't mean I think it's an acronym. I just wrote it that way.
