I don't suppose there's any way to run input to a screen like this, is there?
It doesn't actually have any input ports, but perhaps there's likely to be some point inside where the channel selector sends the selected channel to the screen itself over a usable analog connection?

I would extremely doubt it. It is hard to tell without taking one apart though.
