 Post subject: Kill the inverter circuit

Ok, on my psone screen i've taken off the transformer and all,
but what is an inverter circuit and what does it look like on the motherboard?

You mean the thing on top part of the board?

That's for the power for the normal bulb. So you have to do the led mod.

yeah i'm doing the mod right now
but I was wondering since I took off the transformer can I just leave the
inverter thing alone and it not cause any problems?

Yes, if you're talking about the big brown thing. You can just take that off completely.

oh nevermind, I thought that the inverter was a whole other thing. I had already took the transformer off. lol
