A. Bumping isn't necessary. It's not like this board gets thousands of replies a day...
B. You could, but they are huge, low capacity, and need a little more voltage. You'd get <1 hour playing time.

 You need a charger for them.
But as I said, they are crap. Do not use them.
That measurement is big for batteries, and they do not have enough capacity.
Even if you did wire those beasts in parallel, then they would not put out enough power.

i did the equation for power e*i = p voltage*current = power it outputs more power than the supply does.

I'm not sure about lead-acids but I think there that there is still a discharge rate on them. Then the discharge rate has to be high enough to actually output the amps needed.

The batteries must be hooked up in series to output enough volts to actually power the PS2.
In series, you'll get 12V and 2700 mAh.
That will theoretically give you 1 hour of playtime.
Factor in the power loss (which is 45 minutes on GC, probably the same on PS2), screen, etc, you're looking at <15 minutes of playtime.
And those batteries are way to big for a portable.
Do yourself a favor and get Lithium-Polymer or Lithium-Ion batteries.
