Voltage Regulator Help!

i got batteries for a gamecube portable that im making :P but they are only 7.5v and someone told me that i need at least 12v for it to work :( so i got a voltage regulator to voltage up to 12v but i dont know how to do that! :cry: can somebody please help!

7.5 volts? What kind of batteries are you using?

...not the batteries you want.
Not enough voltage or ampherage. That will run your Gamecube for less than an hour.
I recommend 4 Li-Po cells to give you 14.8V.
(Cool people: Will that need to be regulated before going into GC's reg?)
