first of all this doesnt really belong in the ps2 gamecube xbox area but i dont reely care.

so i was thinking has anyone messed with portables that already exist and try to make them do more a.k.a mod them
like nomad or gameboy or neo geo ......just an idea for something new intsead of trying to make the same home consules portable.

if anyone has i like to hear what you did
or if anyone has a good idea

dkap01 made a cool gba portable with a 5" lcd :)

cennar took a gba sp and put it in gbc casing very cool :P

i wonder if theres any extra space in the nomad its fairly big but i think its not stuffed with compenents ......never took one apart though
if there was might be able do something like hook up a rechargable battery better than the on sega made....

Some interesting links there. I wonder though, is there a GBA emulator for either the Dreamcast or the PS2? I would rather play my GBA games through those portable systems since the screen is a bit bigger as opposed to the tiny GBA screen.
