Want to make a GCp

I was looking into the possibility of making a Gamecube Portable, but I'm so new to this sort of thing. How would I do it? What kind of batteries would I use? Could I use my INTERACT LCD screen I bought for my Gamecube awhile back? How big would the portable itself be? How much would it cost to make? Could I pay someone else to make it for me?

So many questions left unanswered. Can anyone answer some of my questions? (BTW I'm a noob)
