mmm, Im confused, what u mean with wiring basic controls?
if u mean how I wired the disc drive, I just did it using the board side you saw, I didnt soldered anything at the other side of the disc board.
here you have my diagram I created/used to my portable http://img74.imageshack.us/img74/3240/c ... onsye2.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
else, if you mean how to wire the controllers to the mobo, check the GCp guide link at my signature. you have there a few wiring diagrams to connect official gamecube controllers, anyway, if you use third party controllers, use this to know the correct wire colors,the wire colors at my diagrams, are the ones from there, so you will just need to replace those for your own ones.

I cuarently dont have any accesible gamecube hardware to make real pics, cause all of it is built on a portable, and I am away from home atm (on vacances , and posthing this with my old laptop)Bigmariov wrote:no i mean soldering form the gcmobo to main controller. could you show us the full picture?
btw here you have some diagrams I made and tested a few time ago:
led + config settings battery + reset + controller1:

if you want to add also a second controller use this:
