for wiring basic controls, could show us a diagram of where the wires go on the other side?

mmm, Im confused, what u mean with wiring basic controls?

if u mean how I wired the disc drive, I just did it using the board side you saw, I didnt soldered anything at the other side of the disc board.

else, if you mean how to wire the controllers to the mobo, check the GCp guide link at my signature. you have there a few wiring diagrams to connect official gamecube controllers, anyway, if you use third party controllers, use this to know the correct wire colors,the wire colors at my diagrams, are the ones from there, so you will just need to replace those for your own ones.

no i mean soldering form the gcmobo to main controller. could you show us the full picture?

I cuarently dont have any accesible gamecube hardware to make real pics, cause all of it is built on a portable, and I am away from home atm (on vacances , and posthing this with my old laptop)
