psone region free mod possible?

I was wondering whether this is possible or if its to hard or something...
I have 2 psone mini consoles one ntsc and 1 pal-I don't know if that helps or not

I checked around and I could'nt find anything, I only found PS2 modchips, so I suppose I just won't bother with it anymore :wtf:
