Charging battery pack?

Post by gamemasher » Tue Mar 13, 2012 8:33 pm

I have these batteries: http://www.amazon.com/Ultrafire-Li-ion- ... pd_sim_e_2" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
In this pack: http://www.batteryspace.com/battery-hol ... 20awg.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
with this charger: http://www.batteryspace.com/smartcharge ... isted.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The problem is that the batteries are protected and will not overcharge past 4.2V. I charged them until the charger's light changed from green to red and measured the voltage and it was at 4.08V. The posts I used are called B+ and BM, but there are two other posts, P+ and P- which seem like the obvious choice but they do nothing. What do they do? Is there any way I can get a 7.4V output with this setup?
