Lookin good Hail! Hey, did you get your batteries for your Darth at Battery Space.com? I'm just wondering if you had a model number for the batteries and the safe circuit (I think you had one in there, I could be wrong). I'm getting to that point, and I just want to go with something I know will work.

Hailrazer why do you prefer zenith psone screens, are they in some way better then the normal ones or is it just a personal preferance?

Easier to get , cheaper , and I like the way they are formed better. Makes for a better looking portable IMO.

Finally got the cart slot mounted the way I want it.

I used small L brackets and some pieces of metal from angle brackets along with #8 nuts/bolts.

Nope. Absolutely no need to. My soldering is pretty good and the wires don't move. So why waste glue when it's not necessary.

I try to glue as little as possible.

LOL, I have a small glue gun that had never been touched since I bought it years ago, until I showed up on this site. I've used it for a few things now, but I rather use methods like Hailrazer used to hold the cart slot.

I used it for a few parts where epoxy was not feasible. But I'm no SS with a glue gun. LOL
