did you really think that i would cover the l & r buttons??? that doesn't make sense at all... how would i use them :wtf: the plastic strip i made to cover the gap wil not cover the buttons it will be almost like the first picture. when it's done you'll see for yourself :wink:

oh I see so you filled in the original corners for the triggers and put new corner holes in the filling peice that goes around the middle of the portable?

The portable is going to be the thickness of the second pic.

He is adding a plastic ring around it where the gap is now.

Make the plastic strips but it doesn't look nice. Does anybody know of a place where you can buy rubber strips of about 30mm wide and like 2 or 3mm thick???

Presenting one of the smallest N64 portables ever made :D

Specs are as follows:

Dimensions: 20x12x5(7,5 with carts slot)
Psone screen led mod (4 leds of 20,000 mcd each)
Expansionpak
Thirdparty N64 controller with modded analogstick (no dpad, switch for z and l)
4 cell 7,4v Li-Polymer battery Amps not sure but you get about 5 hours of battery life.
Rubber grip around the portable for extra comfort.
Charge jack and Power jack in one.
Battery switch
Power switch
(when power is off and battery is on jack is in charge mode
when battery is off jack is in power mode)
Headphone jack
AV out jack
Build-in Volume and Brightness controlls ( Hold start + up/down/left/righ c pad)

That portable is %100 awesome sauce. I was just about to finish starlight 64. That one would have been the smallest with batteries, but no you had to beat me. lol jk :lol: This n64 is just amazing.
