Wow, that looks amazing! I'm glad the GD-ROM thing worked out for you. And the button placement is great. Absolutely cannot wait to see this finished! :D

this is my favorite dcp so far

I think if you took that psone O button and painted a mini dreamcast logo on it insted of the o it would be a little touch that would be cool.

I'm so glad it worked for you !

That's a pretty clever use of hardware seriously!
I love your case also, any chance you'd sell a case to me ? :P

Keep up the good works !

Wow! It's so pretty! I'm looking forward to seeing your super amazing upside-down disc holder device in action - perhaps you could give us a video of it in action?

Holy COW man! That is drop dead gorgeous man! I'm going to need to learn how to vacuum form things... BTW, do you use one of those Oreck canister vacuums? Those things suck really good!

Great job! That's one of the best cases I've ever seen!

It's certainly the best-looking Dreamcast portable I've ever seen.

Thanks for the comments guys, progress has been really slow due to completely renovating the house. Anyway, managed to do a bit today, so here is the back.

Very, very nice. I knida liked it more when you could see the CD, though. Oh well, had to cover it up, don't want the disks getting scratched...

Got a bit more done this week. Its now playable too and working great :D

I cocked up a bit on the laser cover though. The laser didn't have enough room to move back far enough so ill have to redo it (no biggie), so ignore the yellow tape on the back for now.

To do list:

Redo back laser/disk cover
Move screen a bit to the right
Put graphics/decals etc on
Put some nice power led's in somewhere
General tidy up

As you can see by the pics, it not much bigger than a DVD case, and is really comfortable to hold. Had an hour on it with no problems at all.

Only thing is the paint i used attracts fingerprints worse than the psp
