still a little confused as to how he actually got the plastic to curve down toward the back of the system where the game cart slides in.

The case was premade.
Not actually by him, he just painted the thing, and then stuffed N64 guts inside it.

Well that is an incredible oversimplification. I did a LOT of modifying.

@MarioOwnsAll .... I didn't have to curve the plastic down. The plastic was already curved there. It went up to the battery cover door. I cut out the battery cover door and surrounding area and then added the flat Abs plastic.

Yes for the top part of the cart slot . The bottom plastic was flat and went in between the two halves of the case.

yea i kinda figured the piece that went between the 2 halfs of the system would be flat but the one that bulges outward on the back was originally flat and you just abs cemented it to the back?

Just because LOB did it doesn't mean it has become compulsory! Most of us just want to play our systems as single player only so don't need any external ports or ability to hook up to slave systems!

Ya, I never really saw the need for it, especially because i don't know any local modders.
We're all kind of spread out, if you know what I mean. I thought it was only for MGC, but putting a port on you N64p for one occasion just seems a waste of time and space.

what did you use to cut the holes in the case and did you include a memory card for those games like shadow man, ray man 2, and perfect dark?

I used drill bits, dremels, and files for the holes.

No I didn't put a memory card in, but one could be added at any time by just inserting it in the slot inside. I just didn't have one.
