Yep, the radica wouldn't cooperate with me. The whole portable is just in a pile on top of a shelf collecting dust along with my p64+. It's a shame really. I get these cool cases made, then the electronics fail and I lose interest in them. Failure sucks. But once I get this done I plan to dust them off (literally) and finish both of them. I think they'll work this will work this time around.

They're loading for me, and it seems others are having it load fine for them. maybe its your ISP, it might not like photobucket.

Update coming much later tonight! I'm doing an all nighter in order to get this thing done by new years day. I'll probly fall asleep on my soldering iron...

Happy new years! :D

This sure was rushed. I did not finish it though. New years kinda got in the way....

So it was mostly last minute stuff this time. I drilled holes for the AV out and headphone plugs. Unfortunately, I accidentally drilled a bit too high. But it was nothing some marine putty couldn't fix!

I also found that the holes for the LCD adjust buttons were too high, so again, some marine putty and super glue saved the day. The super glue was just extra to make sure it stays put.

I cut the hole for the external DC power jack. This was the only thing that was cut right the first time! yeah... I suck :P

Still need to wet sand and add another coat or two of paint. And may I just say, how much I hate shiny paint! lol. It shows every little detail in the case. Very hard to work with, but it will be nice when done. The camera makes it look much, much worse than it really is.

PS: FireFox 2.0 ROCKS. Big time. Among the many features, spell check is the most noticeable, and very neat, I must say. Every forum goer should get this.
