I hadn't heard about this until a post in Forum 42:
http://www.radicagames.com/playtv-legen ... c-gold.php

Anybody picked one up yet and seen what's inside? Being in one compact controller would probably make modding one into a portable easier. Sorry if I missed an existing post for this new Radica.

Should be perfect. It says original code and data.

ALSO! It should be better than a normal radica. The normal ones cannot play games large like Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (when used with a cart slot mod), but this one has Sonic 2 on a chip, making more [larger] games playable with a cart slot mod. I suggest everyone buys one!

That looks pretty nice. If I see one cheap somewhere, I'll be sure to pick it up. I too bet it would be easier to modify even than a regular Radica.

I doubt it. It was original code with the original Radica, allowing us to add a cart slot.

The V2 (red) Radica has Sonic 2 on its chip. Is there any noted compatability differences between the two? Has anyone hacked the V2 yet?

I'm kinda worried about that too, it does look a lot like those Madden 95 controllers.

Errrr, I'm not sure about V2. I remember that the Madden one was crap.

Erm...Ben? Oh yea, me too but like for a day....it's a WEIRD story. Some tech guy made it for me (my neighbor) and I played Sonic 2 but I fried it and stuff, this was when I like first signed up.
