I have got a scenario and a question that follows it. Lets say I have a mini-itx motherboard in which the PCIe x16 slot is close to the where the cpu fan slot holes are. I am using a fan that leaves about a millimeter+ space between the heat sink of the fan and the back of my graphics card. Is that a problem? If so, what are some suggestion you might have?
edit: realized it is going to be a problem. THe way it is placed makes it so that either the heatsink is too close to the back of the graphics card or the copper pipes are touching (directly in contact) with the back of the graphics card.

Re: Question about computer placement
put duct tape over either the pipes or the graphics card, but only where they touch

Re: Question about computer placement
Awesome. I actually just got a different cpu fan. The new one is taller than the last one, but less long than the first one. Thanks anyway.
