I bought number three.

thewise1 might find this of interest. I was messing around with my screen trying to test things, see how it hooked up to my console, then I started to have a grounding problem. For half a second between blips I saw a menu for brightness, contrast, etc. Perhaps you could try to recreate what I did, or maybe try adding buttons to those empty ports, I dunno, but I thought it was interesting.

I wonder if there's a debug menu on the screen, doubtful but still. I'd like it if I didn't need an amplifier circuit on te 64 boy.

I just recieved Screen #2 from business-sun, and the board looks different from the #2 pictured in this thread.

Picture 3 came out pretty blurry (the other pics are already bad enough as it is lol) so I will retake that one and hopefully add a pinout.

That's not number 3 then LOL. That is a 3.5" screen that sort of looks like number 3 :)

Yes but if it has buttons for contrast and other stuff then it's not the same.

But it really probably doesn't matter.

I just made a cool discovery on screen 2! You can adjust the brightness right on the board! On the backside of the board, there are some empty places labeled POWER, AV, MUNE, DOWN, NEXT, GND, IR, and 3V3. I found if you put a tact switch between the NEXT and GND, the brightness changes on every click! There are 6 levels of brightness total, but level 1 and 2 are probably too dark for any sort of use.

I've been testing out and trying other pin connections, but I can't seem to get anything to work. If someone has one of the 3.5" screens that has buttons in it, can you post some pictures of the boards? They might have the same sort of thing going on in them.

I also just noticed that the motherboards of screen 2 and 3 (that hailrazer posted) are exactly the same.

You can't. There is no audio amplifier on the screen. You'll have to build your own. Rekarp has an audio amplifier for mono audio on his website (http://www.longhornengineer.com/DIY/Audiomono" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). You can also build a really nice stereo amplifier with a TPA6021A4 chip from Texas Instruments (http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tpa6021a4.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). Hailrazer also found a great set of speaker/amplifiers that work great as well (http://forums.benheck.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=35308" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;).

There are plenty of options!
