i want to say that's impossible, but i know some 12 year old genius would probably face palm me.
i've tried getting free games without cfw and the only way i know how is to use someone else's psp with cfw to dump the umd then put it on yours, but that defeats the purpose.

just steal it.

You can't run a dumped umd on a PSP without CFW to run the bootloader. It's been years since I moderated a PSP site so I'm a little rusty, but I'm almost sure that you cannot run a UMD game on your PSP without the UMD unless you have CFW. Or you can download it from the online store, though I've never used that.

oh, sorry i didn't know that. the online store works pretty well, (i have a psp go) but my only complaint is that you can't get ALL of the psp games there, only most of them.

That's the price you pay for new hardware that is not compatible with UMDs.
