Somewhat tidy'd up, didnt do much though. Still works great, my greatest handheld mod to date.

Maybe you should add Nonelectronics (Nonfinite Electonics) to the list? He's doing custom case mods and backlights, and to date he has a number of awesome things, like his lava pond style pro backlighting.

I just recently completed a Flashcart for the Standard Nintendo Gameboy and I put together a five part DIY instructional video.
You can add my Video link to the Completed Projects as well.
I aimed the video to be for the novice/intermediate electronics hobbyist.
The video below is PART 1 of 5 for the DIY GAMEBOY Flash Cart:
