If you could own any arcade game, what would it be?

Yes there was an Mario Kart arcade machine. It was different from any of the home versions as well.bacteria wrote:Was that in the arcades?!Negative_Creep wrote:Heres another one...
Mario Kart Arcade GP.
The thread is about arcade games (as in games in arcade cabinets played in "The Arcades") as opposed to a generic term for a video game in an arcade style.
It was released in other territories, there is one in Paignton Pier (Bacteria should know where that is )

i just use my xbox and mame for this sorta thing got some great games only have 2 controllers though. to bad. my friends dont respect any of the oldies anyways. all they play is smash bros but i've had to switch to horibble characters to make it interesting. not that its a bad game or anything but i can only knock people out with jigglypuffs sleep move so many times.

Cruisin' USA or Space Duel.
The former because I played it at Wal-Mart every chance I got, the latter because everyone's heard of Asteroids and 80s vector Atari games kick butt. (It's also the only multiplayer vector Atari game, apparently.)
My grandparents have a Space Duel cabinet, actually. It sorta works but unfortunately the Pokey died, so no sound. I don't know if the one out of the Atari 800 is compatible. If anyone knows if it is, drop me a line at the usual address. (the PM or email button).
