Super Com 72

I found this weird NES clone callled Super Com 72, and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it.

Some questions of mine:

Is it a NOAC?
Does it have a cartridge port?
Is it just junk, or can it actually play games?

There's really no way to tell unless you actually have the thing open. There's so many different kinds of NOACs, and some with the same name have completely different insides and operations.
