Wow great job. Seriously amazing and it does look vacuum formed. I hope after I am done with my nesp and my other projects piled up that my portable would remotely look this awesome. How does it feel in your hands? comfortable?

It feels so natural it's scary. :)

I have been asked why I don't do more Lazer Doodles and one of the problems with them is they are a bit top heavy. This is perfectly balanced and feels very natural to hold.

I do wish I could make it lighter. Even with Lithium Poly's it's a bit heavier than I want. But with a Gamecube, a controller, a screen, Speakers, batteries, etc, there is only so light it can be made.

I like everything except the face buttons. It seems like it would make Melee feel like Brawl using the classic controller, and nobody wants that... Still, Very nice portable. It seems like it would be very comfortable to hold, and it has a good battery life.

The dreamtrooper was awesome but I have to agree with the other guys that the laser doodle look has been done. I guess some people want the same look as the other systems. Either way Hailrazer, keep up the good work. And what are you planning to do for your next portable?

I don't quite understand. It's the exact same # of buttons. and the Gamecube buttons are ugly, odd shaped, and different sizes.

Of all the different systems controller buttons only the Gamecube ever used a different arrangement and I personally never liked it.

i am doing a PS2, but the case has got me a bit worried. I have 2 options , one is simple and sorta rectangle shaped , the other is more boomerang shape. But lets not clutter this thread talking about it please :)

Excellent work hailrazer! It has a very nice and compact look to it. Very thorough and fluid! So you can get about 3 hours huh; well how much does the 12v @ 6800mah battery get?

Once again, AWESOME JOB! I like how you took advantage of the DD screws to secure the drive in place. Also, are you planning on selling this sucker?
