There's a new clone out called the FC3 that is SNES/NES/Genesis. It has proprietary controllers, though.

Anyway, excellent work yet again! I may have to try one of these toasters. My bro would get a kick out of it.

You are right vomitsaw - doing tiny soldering work to chip pins does make your eyes crazy! See my pics in the N64 section to see what I mean. Sometimes, it takes me best part of 30 mins to get one solder joint solid onto a chip pin without putting any solder on a neighboring pin!

Holy crap, apparently it's been pretty much everywhere-ed. c_____c

Fun fact: I was phone-troubleshooting with a customer at work today when I noticed the front page at HardOCP and nearly crapped myself.
Me: "Yes ma'am, I'll need you to hold down the power button for five secooooOOOOOOOH god!"
Her: "Hold it down for five seconds?"
Me: "MmmmmYEP! Hold it five seconds, it'll reboot and..."
Her: "Hello?"
Me: "YES! Hello I'm here!"

awesome

yeah, the nintoaster was pretty popular, so naturally the supernintoaster is superpopular (see what I did there?) not to mention the epic video. Didn't get the usual flaming either. Shows you don't need to give it batteries and a screen to make it cool, so kudos.

The fans demand the nintoaster64!

I still think you should have left the bell in so it goes "ding" when you shut it off. (And completely mix up the colors of the RCA jacks just to mess with the idiots on YouTube.)

On a side note, you couldn't get James's Jaguar CD working? Those things must really be picky. (Or self-aware. Maybe the RROD 360s are the same way!)

LOL! Man, yeah. I've been seeing all those comments. Guess I need to hit up the flea markets again.

Thanks! And yep, pretty sure I'm gonna have to do that now. The people have spoken. However, probably gonna be a while. Have other non-toaster projects in the works.

Holy crap, have you seen all those "ITS FAEK ONLY AUDIOO NO VID!!!1" comments? It's been driving me nuts for months! And yes, actually, I HAVE thought about purposely making the AV jacks something weird like black/green/purple just to prove a point. >:) Gonna have to do that.

And yessir, that Jag CD was a steaming turd. Tried getting that POS working for over two weeks, rewired three times, etc. Was definitely getting power, motors were fine and conenctions were 100%, no resistance anywhere. Just dead. Flat-out dead. Piece of crap, buyer beware. :)

LOL! Yeah, A lot of my YouTube followers kinda had the same reaction. It was pretty funny to watch. :)
Anyhow, the only portable I've done so far was the "Fatboy", which is old and ugly as hell. (2001 or so). I DO plan on making other portables (and semi-portables), just need to find the money and, more importantly, the free time. (My day job sucks an unbelievable sum of ass).

Heheh. Actually, I have yet to meet him in person. I indirectly know him through another longtime friend of mine named Jeremy Doe, who went to film school with him at Uarts in Philadelphia. (He goes by "Psychomelody" on YouTube. Dude knows his stuff). I hope to eventually meet James someday though, that would be awesome. ...Ben as well, dammit! Too many people I want to meet.

I really hope you do make a portable in the near future. Maybe with some of that awesome red acrylic and a multi-directional tact switch like in your CANCer controller? Actually, that's not a bad idea - maybe I'll go do that...
