@vskid: No point. It's a home system, so wall power would last longer, and wouldn't add the extra weight that batterys would. This way you cna use it for long gaming sessions (went over and played it today actually. Both of us, for an hour or two with 2 player Pac-Man and Pooyan, among others. Fun stuff.)

That's what I wonder. Can anybody tell me the size of their NES clone board, and if it would fit in the back of the NES controller? Somebody could make these pretty fast if they fit.

This Super Joy 3 I happened to get at a Good Will for $3, so of course I had to use it. I work with what I got. I actually prefer Super Joy's, because of the extremely fun pirate games on there. It's like having an entire collection of NES carts in one controller! And the hand wiring of the cartridge slot's not so bad after you've done it several other times.

Well, I hear blaze is a bit smaller. I can test it with a yobo, though, as I don't have a blaze.

I can't remember the exact size, but I know it was a bit smaller than the space between the SNES Mini's cart port and the rear of it's pcb. I'd say that puts it at ~1.75"x4.5" or smaller

Where's the player 2 port?

I dont see one either.

Maybe its imaginarey.

The single cable coming out of the controller goes to a breakout box which inlcudes the a/v, power, and 2nd player ports.

Here's a pic of it again. I didnt point it out too well before.

The plug had to be heavily modified (dremeled and sanded) to fit in the tiny little box. But it worked great!
