Files and Sandpaper

Yes it is nice to be able to put your projects INSIDE something isn't it? You know, to hold everything together so it doesn't flop around? Discuss the techniques here!

What kind of files do you guys use to make your cases and file down boards? Also what grit sandpaper is good to have on hand? Thanks

Sandpaper. You will want :

80 grit
180 grit
320 grit
600 grit
2000 grit (If you want glassy smooth)

Files , just get a multipurpose file set. The kind with round/flat/triangle/etc files of different sizes.
