I am getting a modded psp soon and i was told that a single game is about 2 gb each so having to switch memory cards or change my games from a computer basically takes away its purpose so i was wondering is it possible to mod a portable usb hard drive to be used on a psp.
I am looking to see if someone can mod a 250 gb portable hard drive to work with a psp yet still be able to cnnect to a computer(maybe a custom made adapter?) without having to do anything with the psp as i already have a regular modded psp.
If possible please reply thanks

Re: Commision: PSP Hard Drive Mod
Not feasibly possible. sorry to break it to you.

best option is to get the transflash dual sdhc to mmc converter then get two 16GB or 32GB cards for 32GB and 64GB of memory respectively.
most psp games are around the 800MB mark actually, with audio/movie ripped games going down to 80-400MB
alternatively there is the mobi usb adapter:

but it says it has a limit of 32GB, but i'm not sure if thats a HARD limit or just the limit of most phones capabilities.
i could internalize a mobi adapter with a 32GB usb flash drive, i'd have to remove the umd port but thats no problem as i can also softmod psp 1000/2000 series with my pandora. i'd recommended the psp 1000 as it has more space to work with and the ir port for cool homebrew apps.
Also while im doing the install i could test running a 250GB usb harddrive through the mobi adaptor (obv with another power source) on dark alex's hacked psp firmware which allows the psp to handle memory sticks up to a terrabyte or something ridiculous.
let me know if your interested

Thought I saw something like this before... I thought you decided against a modded PSP?
