I decided to redo my 48 in 1 video game project. Not sure if you guys can help, but I'm having the below issue with my video. Please take a look & see if you have any ideas. Thanks.

I should mention that my jamma board has a dip switch that states
CGA-15.75Khz (Current Setting)and VGA-31.5 Thanks.

I think it's a power issue. (It almost looks like it's constantly resetting itself.)
Try disconnecting the screen's power and running composite to something like a TV.

I still think it's some kind of power issue. Try running the screen off a power adapter while the motherboard runs on batteries?
