Take a neo geo board and power it with the pc power supply, add video out either s-video, component, or composite. I also would need a way to hook up controls. I'm thinking either make it all one big box with plugs hanging out the back and controls on top or add actual neo geo ports to the front alt...

Is there a ps2 or 3 controller that has the left analog and this digital pad swapped like a 360? It seems like there should be some aftermarket product for this but I can't find any. If there is no such thing I guess I'll have to make one
